Representation for the coaches who build programs.
Mounts Sports & Entertainment represents college football and basketball coaches, personnel staff, and broadcast talent. We handle the contract, the next move, and the moments in a season when a career gets decided, so our clients can stay focused on the work.
Four groups, one standard of attention.
Coordinators and assistants
Coordinators, position coaches, and special teams staff at the FBS and FCS levels, including coaches preparing for their first head job.
Head coaches and staff
Head coaches and assistants looking to protect what they have built and position themselves for the next opportunity.
Personnel and scouting staff
Directors of player personnel, scouting, and recruiting, represented with the same rigor we bring to on-field staff.
On-air talent
Analysts and evaluators working in the booth, in studio, and across draft coverage.
Every clause that shapes a career.
Salary is one line in a coaching contract. The rest of the document decides what happens when the staff changes, the season turns, or a better job opens up.
Compensation
Base salary, supplemental pay, and performance incentives, benchmarked and negotiated at signing and at every renewal.
Title and duties
When responsibilities grow in the middle of a season, the title and pay should grow with them. We secure acting and interim designations that reflect the work being done.
Protection
Buyout and termination terms, guaranteed money, and language that protects a coach's position if a staff change happens around them.
Outside income and media
Carve-outs for broadcast, camps, speaking, and other outside work, so opportunities beyond the program are preserved in writing.
The next job
Career planning, search positioning, and relationships with the decision-makers who hire, well before an opening is announced.
Built around the coach, on the coach's timeline.
No monthly retainer
We are compensated when a contract is signed or improved, which keeps our interests aligned with yours.
Senior attention
Clients work directly with Taylor Mounts, from the first call through every negotiation.
Confidential by default
Coaching careers move quietly. Conversations with MSE stay between us until you decide otherwise.
The front office career starts in the personnel department.
Personnel directors, scouts, and recruiting staff carry real responsibility inside a program, and their careers deserve the same representation a coordinator receives. MSE negotiates their contracts and helps them plan for the general manager and front office roles that follow.
